Tom is the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Consultant of A.I.D., A Quintessential-Elite-Family Owned-Limited Liability Company. With over 35 years of experience in the fleet industry, Tom has worked in the municipal, county, & federal government as well as within the private sector before forming A.I.D.
He has served within most capacities of the industry, starting out as an hourly employee and progressing to a supervisor, manager, director, and consultant.
He has extensive experience in all aspects of fleet operations ranging from pre-acquisition services through asset resignation programs, and accompanying that, regulatory compliance, safety, and risk management.
Tom received his undergraduate degree and Masters in Public Administration from Cleveland State University.

Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer at A.I.D., Tom is responsible for the global operations of the company. Bringing several years of operational experience to A.I.D., his leadership focuses on developing and delivering innovative-driven, lean business services and solutions, proving outstanding client services.
Tom received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Ashford University and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration, with a focus in Strategic Management, from Liberty University.
He has also received his Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
